a four-part workshop journey of discovery and play with each of the four elements to: 

~ release with Water~ transform with Fire~ inspire with Air~ ground with Earth

Join Jósa Goodlife (Energy Facilitator of Yoga, Sound & Healing ) and Carrie Vanhouten (Reiki Master and Intuitive Energy Healer) in a series of four workshops, each with a unique focus on one of the four elements. Each workshop will consist of:

• Somatic-based Elemental Movement
• Powerful guided Meditation on the Element
• Unique Elemental Ceremonial Cacao
• Transformative Elemental Soundbath and individual hands-on Reiki
• Playful creative activity based on the Element
• Inner reflection on the Alchemical benefits of the Element

Water: January 7th, 6-8:15pm

Let's release through the softness of Water.

Water is the element that invites us into a pure flow state through our emotional healing, activates the wisdom of our cellular energy and helps us dive deep through our feelings.

Fire: January 21st, 6-8:15pm

Let’s play with Fire!

Fire is the energy of action, transformation and true passion. It ignites our inner power and strength and helps us connect deeply within our hearts.

Air: February 4th, 6-8:15pm

Let’s lighten up with the Air element!

Air offers us the energy of inspiration, freshness and higher perspective through a constant flow of new possibilities. It enhances our connection to the Divine and can evoke us into experiences of enlightenment.

Earth: February 18th, 6-8:15pm

DIG IN with nourishing Earth energy!

Earth holds the energy of deep nurture and nourishment. She offers us stability, grounding and communion with every living being. Through Earth we learn to trust and harness our dreams into reality. The Earth element brings us home into our bodies.
