Elemental Rebirth Book Launch Celebration #1
Join us to celebrate the long-awaited birth of Elemental Rebirth, Jósa's debut book—a poetic healing memoir seven years in the making. We'll begin this celebration within the WATER theme, gathering appropriately on the dock in Alameda where Jósa resides.
The evening will start with a reading from the water chapter, followed by a water-based sound bath where participants will lie down and receive deep relaxation through sound. Let the gentle water waves settle you into your body in a new way, supported by healing sounds and Jósa's voice.
What to bring: yoga mat, pillow, sleeping bag, layers for warmth, and a water bottle. Come prepared to get cozy with us!
