Elemental Rebirth

Elemental Renew is a 3-month online container in which a small, intimate group of up to 8 people

gathers every three weeks to explore and create, moving through one element at a time

 - water, fire, air, and earth.

This journey is based on Jósa's creative process, discovered while writing her poetic healing memoir 

Elemental Rebirth, which will serve as a shared map for participants traveling together. 

In each session, Jósa reads highlights from a chapter, and the group moves through each element individually,

while supported by the presence of community.

This is a playful, yet profound process where the sky is the limit for what can be birthed and manifested into the physical realm.

It is not therapy, but it can hold deeply therapeutic value for mind, body, spirit. More than that, it is intended as an alchemical space holder,

where a previous event from your life can be purposefully transformed into a re-awakened creative expression.

You might already know the story you wish to explore, or you may arrive with an open heart and simply see what arises in the first session

dedicated to water, where we will flow and allow the hidden aspects of our life events to gently rise to the surface of our awareness.  

We all carry old stories that may still shape our lives from a distance — the ones we don't always want to revisit,

especially in a world that urges us to move quickly towards future goals. 

But what if some of those old stories — those belief systems or painful experiences - actually hold the key to a hidden gift?

What if the wound itself is a portal to purpose?

What if, by revisiting a story in relation to the elements, something unexpected might come to emerge 

— something luminous that could become a light of benevolence for others?              

Or simply grow as a meaningful symbol within your own life.

The creative rewrite doesn't have to become a book, a performance, or a polished piece of art... 

It could be something like:

• a few new sentences to use as affirmations 

• a small poem, a song or a piece of writing

• an illustration, a painting, or a symbol

• a letter to your younger self - or even a scrapbook of re-created memories

• or an unconventional shift that will spark your life forever

The transformation IS the creative act. 

What matters is the felt shift — the moment you realise:    

     ‘this thing I've been carrying... I can actually hold it in a different way from before!

                                 I can shape it into something else now…’
