Elemental SoundBath on the dock // w cacao ✨

WE are doing this again! A month from last water soundbath on the dock where the energy was so beautiful and special!

We will be meeting in community under the bare sky, relaxing with ceremonial cacao and heart centered opening meditation where we get to release all the tension built up over this moon journey! (- is it just me, or has there been exceptionally much?) then lying down to be bathed in Jósa’s magical sound, from singing bowls, gong, shakers and her soothing voice ✨ all this intertwined with LIFE all around us; pelicans, possible seals, residential cats 🐈‍⬛ 💕 Shanti Starr and of course Dottie Moon the dog 🌕

Bring your yoga mat and blankets and all possible soft layers, to get cozy on our backyard dock! There will also be a possibility to enjoy the soundbath from floating on the water, in kayaks or paddle boards!

First come, first serve!!  (and always own risk!)

Practical: you can park on the boulevard! (It can be busy, so be safe please!) You walk up to 3235 green house with A framed window and walk in through gate on your right hand BETWEEN green house and red house! Walk down pathway (be aware of construction ladders etc.) and all the way to the backyard where you will see the dock. You can sit upstairs under the sun roof and enjoy from above or come down the walking slide to dock with your mat and layers.
