Elemental SoundBath & Reiki IN PERSON at The Energy ApotheCarrie in Moraga, CA

In this very special small group event, energy facilitator Josa Goodlife will guide you through an elemental sound journey with her voice, crystal bowls, himalayan bowls, shakers, percussions and chimes. 

Before you lay down to relax, we will reflect upon the elements together and how they are part of our inner bodies. 

We will drink ceremonial Cacao and invoke the sacred spirit of the Cacao to join us and help us soften our hearts for receiving as we empty out our container of burdens, for uplifting through the light.  

As you lay down and relax, energy healer Carrie Vanhouten will walk around and give gentle reiki healing touch to each and everyone individually. Since this is a small group, you will get some individual attention, so you can feel filled up.

She will also infuse the collective space with reiki so everyone will be extra relaxed and receptive.  

By the end of soundbath, we will have some time for inner reflection, so please bring a journal if you'd like. 

Also a yoga mat, a blanket and an eyemask (if you have it) is good to bring. We will have some extra in case you need to borrow. Wear some layers easy to take off and on, as temperature might shift. 

Depending on the weather, we will be inside in the healing womb, or outside with the trees on Carries magnificent land. 

This event is designed to nurture you and fill you up with extra yummy love for yourself, as we know humanity is easily destracted by so many external things right now, we can't easily handle. Come inwards with us, as you take care of yourself under our guidance. You don't have to have an experience with either sound healing or reiki before.
