Gaia Mother's Day Retreat ~ for families and singles

Join us for a gentle, nourishing day in nature at 3 Springs Farm in Bodega Bay—a space to slow down, reconnect, and honor the many expressions of mothering.This day retreat weaves together a grounding tea ceremony, guided breath and poetry, and a family-centered movement experience. Together, we will open and close the day in circle, creating a shared container for rest, reflection, and connection.The morning will begin with opening circle.

We will gather for a tea ceremony led with intention by Kinga, inviting presence, breath, and quiet awareness. Through simple ritual and spoken word, we will settle into the rhythm of the land and ourselves.Following this, Jósa from Goodlifecreation will guide an elemental family movement and sound bath.
