This soundbath/yoga event will be all about softening and soothing our hearts.
To tend to the parts needing our care and to BE with the power of our HEARTS
~ to feel, through our breath and gentle movement
and the profound magic of letting go through listening when relaxing
30 min of gentle Yoga and 45 min of soundbath for rest ✨
Bring your yoga mat, blankets, warm layers and a water bottle
// also invite a friend to double up the JOY of togetherness
