This soundbath/yoga event will be all about softening and soothing our hearts.
To tend to the parts needing our care and to BE with the power of our vulnerability
~ to feel, through our breath and gentle movement
and the profound magic of letting go through listening when relaxing
Community means more than ever before!
Let’s tend to one another and receive from each other as we move through vivid times of changes
Bring your yoga mat, blankets and warm layers. Water bottle is always a good friend, as well :)
