As most of us are playing outdoors this summer, we still want to be able to connect within in a different way

and PLAY with our global PLAY-buddies across the globe

Therefore we will meet monthly on Wednesdays until we go back to a weekly class in the fall.

Find here your time in the world!

In the month of August our theme will be:  "WHO AM I?  - connecting to your playful kiddo within..." 

 

Materials to bring : FREE PLAY materials! 

Think about how you liked to play as a kiddo. 

It could be drawing // painting // weaving // collaging // making jewelry or even writing poetry!

*just make sure you have it all at hand before class! 

What brings you 

       JOY, excitement

                              fulfillment when playing?

If you like you could even have a little summer wine to sip on? or a nectar of a kind? 

            let's all bring a special drink for this creation!! 

                      what drink makes your 

                                 HEART 

                                          sing? 

                        your booty wanna DANCE?

             maybe the fairies will show up for a cocktail? 

90 min of dance//shake//stretch//sound, with tuning-in meditation

and a focused free-flow creation...

A Spotify playlist will be shared once you sign up

or you can play your own music.

Make sure you are able to express yourself in your physical space.

You can move around (in dance), sit down on the floor

and be comfortable//focused with your creation (floor//desk).

Grab a cup of tea and put your phone on silent.

This is a time for YOU to be present with YOU!

The PLAY in this series has to do with what is and what can be.

We are all in a certain place in our lives.

Some are comfortable. Others are discomfortable.

Most flow in between comfort and discomfort.

By acknowledging where we are,

and to stay with all the ups//downs,

we become more aware of

what we are here to create!

There is a hidden gift in all // most life-situations.

Maybe yours will start to unfold more

as you (re-)activate

your creativity codes?

The class is here for your support

- all while the world transforms from now to later.

We can wait and wait....

or start CreAte!

The only thing we have is now.

What if we can enJoy it more?

I do believe that through creation and movement

we do unlock talents

that otherwise can be hidden...
