Self-Care Sunday

Come let’s take care of our body, spirit & mind

in this 90min self-care workshop. 

Grab your yoga mat, blocks, pillows, blankets 

            (whatever can enhance your senses and feels) 

     - light a candle and bring a beverage of a choice

               to your cozy Sunday Yoga at home explore.

We will work with Slow // Restorative Yoga, Somatic movement, 

       Self-massage and Meditation // Deep guided Relaxation.

We invite in the elemental forces

            (water//fire//air//earth)

       to come play and interact with us

                    as we move, stretch and let go...

We will seek to find joy and pleasure through movement

and stillness by 

        stepping out of our heads

               and travel  d e e p  within our bodies.

       Investigating the space of

       restore, recover and recharge.

These workshops are offered on random Sundays throughout the year, 

for a sliding scale:

                         $15-$25 *

*we ask you to pay according to your income level // country of residence, or whatever senses good to you :)
