soundbath on the dock!

we are back for the infamous soundbath on the dock in Alameda!

on the last Friday night of April, you are invited to gather

on the rustic dock with Jósa, her bowls (there are new colors in the family...)

and other beautiful instruments

to soften your heart and receive from the elements...

: the water waves, the sky and with life flowing all around you

you can be almost certain to let go of all the sh** necessary

!! we do also sometimes get a visit from hawks and seals,

among other ocean creatures

Bring your yoga mat, blankets (sleeping bags are cozy!), warm layers and a water bottle or tea

// and feel welcome to invite a friend to double up on the JOY

of togetherness

• in case of rain or too heavy winds / or both, this event will be rescheduled to another time! in that case, you will be refunded directly
