**Join Us in Empowering Women's Health and Well-being**

You are cordially invited to our special fundraiser event, dedicated to raising

higher consciousness for women's health and well-being

Date: May 19th, 2024

Time: 1-5 pm

Location: 3343 Fernside Blvd, Alameda

Theme: Floral Feminine Elemental Nurture

In a world where women's health too often goes unnoticed or neglected, two magnificent women; Jasmine Pedroso and Jósa Goodlife, are calling on you to join them in raising awareness and funds for their remarkable projects. Jasmine Pedroso, through her non-profit organization, provides free surgical care to survivors of female genital mutilation (FGM), restoring not only women's physical health but also their dignity and self-worth.

Meanwhile Jósa shares her journey of overcoming cancer and a hysterectomy in her memoir, offering solace and heartfelt guidance to all people on similar paths of healing.

Their missions are intertwined by a shared focus on women's womb space and reproductive health, reflecting the broader societal issues surrounding all female well-being.

In this event they will join forces to raise restoration and support for these vital causes.

Join us for a day of compassion, resilience and hope through our healing intentions as we come together to make a difference in the lives of women everywhere, across the globe.

This is not only about our community’s health but the communal care for all women, across borders, from all layers of our societies. Your support will help us build a better, healthier future for all by strengthening Jasmine's efforts in restoring genital mutation

and enabling Jósa to publish her magical book with professional help

and distribute it globally for anyone to be empowered.

and help transform their lives...

Jasmine Pedroso's mission

Dr. Jasmine Pedroso is an Ob/Gyn and Minimally Invasive Pelvic Surgeon with a specialty in fertility.  She currently practices in San Francisco and serves as National Head of Gynecology for the renowned unicorn fertility start-up, Kindbody.

She is especially passionate about women’s health advocacy and increasing access to surgery for underserved communities both nationally and internationally, having done work in the Philippines, Cambodia, Uganda, Mexico, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, and Kenya.

Jasmine Pedroso’s Marci foundation:

Marci Foundation is a small team of physicians from the US, Canada, and Kenya, led by Dr Marci Bowers.

Our mission is to end the practice of Female Genital Mutilation / Cutting (FGM/C) worldwide by providing free surgical care in the form of Clitoral Restoration Surgery that restores sexual function and dignity to women, teaching the next generation of surgeons how to perform these procedures, and educating the public about the emotional, mental and physical health impact of FGM/C.

Our next surgical mission to Nairobi is February 2025 and we are seeking to raise at least $30,000 to fund local operating room staff, patient travel costs, counseling/educational materials, and care kits for women post surgery. Each of our life-changing Clitoral Restoration Surgeries costs just under $500 per case, and we are aiming to perform between 60-80 surgeries during our 2025 mission. Again all donations go directly to patient care.

Jósa Goodlife's mission

Native Icelandic Jósa Goodlife; facilitator of yoga, soundhealing and multidisciplinary arts has spent the last 7+ years writing her healing memoir.

In her early thirties, Jósa was given the big life challenge to overcome cervical cancer via hysterectomy. Her journey did not only result in a physical transformation; it was a profound rebirth for her, on every level.

Through Elemental Rebirth, she shares her story as a living mirror for those facing their own transmutational challenges. Her gift is not just a tale of survival but a testament to the power of embracing change and finding purpose in unexpected paths.

With poetic support from the elements, Jósa guides others through the depths of their minds, illuminating the shadows of conditioning imposed by society's result-driven norms.

Her story is a reminder that amidst life's trials lies a higher meaning waiting to be discovered — a deeper life purpose that may have been obscured by the noise of the world. For those who have felt the urge to fade away from life, Jósa's journey serves as a beacon of hope, showing that choosing to live with an open heart towards everything we receive of life challenges supports our transformative growth.

Elemental Rebirth is a gift to those open to receiving from a truly profound narrative—one that transcends the boundaries of the physical and taps into the essence of existence itself.

Jósa's hope is to share her experience with everyone seeking guidance on their healing journey and for all individuals inspired by her love for elemental restoration.

Funds for professional assistance with publishing //marketing expenses are expected to be between $10K to $20K. With the necessary support, Jósa's book is anticipated to be published by the end of 2024 or early 2025.
