📖 Elemental Rebirth — Book Talk & Reading
Join Icelandic author and healing guide Jósa Goodlife for a free introduction to her book
Elemental Rebirth ~ a poetic healing memoir, woven through the elements of water, fire, air, earth,
and the journey of coming home to ourselves. There will be a short reading from the book,
a little sharing about the journey behind it, and space to connect and ask questions.
The book talk will take place either inside the Cosmic Living Room or outside in the beautiful backyard,
depending on the day and weather.
12:30 PM · ELEMENTAL SOUNDBATH
🌊🔥🌬️🌿✨ $25 early bird // $30 week of (sign up separately in next event on menu)
Stay on and sink into a deeply relaxing and introspective Elemental Soundbath,
with the sound healing setup flowing between inside and outside, including the beautiful porch space.
Come for the free book talk and stay for the soundbath to make it a wholesome half-day experience
— or simply join us for either offering on its own.
In between the events, you’re welcome to bring your lunch, linger, socialize, and meet new friends
in Moon Landing’s gorgeous community garden. 🌱
If you are staying for the soundbath, please bring:
🧘 Your yoga mat
🛏️ A blanket or anything that helps you feel cozy
🧥 Layers for changing temperatures
💧 A water bottle
✨ Your own special soundbath setup, if you have one
There will be a few extra props available, but supplies are limited,
so bringing your own cozy setup is encouraged.
