Come slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through an immersive Elemental Soundbath with Jósa Goodlife.

Using singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, gongs, voice, and other instruments, we’ll journey through the elements of

water, fire, air and earth...

As part of the experience, Jósa will also recite elemental poetry from her book Elemental Rebirth as meditation,

allowing the words, voice, and sounds to weave together and create a deeper journey through the elements.

This is a space to let yourself simply be.

To rest.

To listen.

To breathe.

To release.

To allow sound, words, and vibration to move through you...

The Soundbath will take place both inside and outside,

with a beautiful setup extending onto the porch and into the surrounding garden, depending on the weather

Before the Soundbath, join Jósa for a FREE book talk + reading from Elemental Rebirth from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Elemental Rebirth is Jósa’s poetic healing memoir, woven through water, fire, air, earth, and the journey of coming home to ourselves.

The book talk is completely free, and you can join whether or not you’re staying for the Soundbath.

Want to experience both?

Come for the free reading at 11 AM, then stay for the Soundbath at 12:30 PM for a wholesome, relaxing, introspective half-day experience.

There will be time in between to bring your lunch, wander, socialize, and connect with friends — and hopefully make some new ones

— in Moon Landing’s gorgeous community garden. 🌱

✨ WHAT TO BRING

🧘 Your yoga mat

🛏️ A blanket or even a sleeping bag to help you feel cozy

🧥 Layers — we wanna make sure to stay warm as we rest our bodies

💧 A water bottle / snacks if you need them

✨ Your own favorite soundbath setup, if you have one

There will be a few extra props available, but supplies are limited, so bringing your own cozy setup is encouraged.

Come as you are.

Bring what you need to feel comfortable.

And give yourself permission to receive.
