Welcome to the ninth PLAY. rel ease.create in this series!

Come join us for our 2021 FALL series of

            PLAY for Grownups!

** Each week we PLAY with something different. A different theme. Perhaps different materials.

The materials are in reality up to your choice each time.

These classes are not about 'getting it right' or to go with instructions.

Everything we suggest is for you to have fun with,

so if watercolours are not your thing,

you can play with

clay instead...

or to create a new piece of music!?!?

The only thing we like you to do is to get creative!

and to unplug your thinking mind, as much as possible :) (:

- to zone out from all the doings, and into your precious BEing...

Theme and suggested materials to bring:

• 11.03     Shapes: squares          pencils//colors//chalk

              squares // boxes // rooms

                             four lines put together 

                      into a form. a container. patterns?

                                       can you use them for building? 

                   what can you create out of squares?  

                                    how do the make you feel? 

      

We will tune in together through a little meditation//dance//stretch

whatever creative energy would like to flow.

Once we are ready

we sit down with our paper and pens//pencils and observe what wants to move through!

        No structure, no form...

                 creation flows naturally!

        Create space for you to express yourself within your physical space.

You can move around (in dance), sit down on the floor

and be comfortable//focused with your creation (floor//desk).

                   Grab a cup of tea or a refreshing drink and put your phone on silent.

This is a time for YOU to be present with YOU!

The PLAY in this series has to do with what is and what can be.

We are all in a certain place in our lives.

Some are comfortable. Others are uncomfortable.

Most flow in between comfort and discomfort.

           By acknowledging where we are, and to stay with all the ups//downs,

we become more aware of

            what we are here to create!

There is a hidden gift in all // most life-situations.

Maybe yours will start to unfold more

as you (re-)activate your creativity codes?

The class is here for your support

- all while the world transforms from now to later.

90 min of dance//shake//stretch//sound, with tune-in meditation

and a focused free-flow creation...

Josa plays fun music from a specified Spotify playlist

she collects artzy music to ...

(she has true talent with music curation !)

            We can wait and wait....

                                  or start CreAte!

The only thing we have is now.
